Got my nails done by Shaynees, my nails… STUNNING! I got mid length stilettos, and her base powder she mixed herself, AMAZING!!! Shaynees slayed, she is the nail slayer, she’s been a nail tech for years doing amazing nail art! Need to come back!

UPDATE: The owner called and asked to fix them properly so I went and they look great. Super impressed with the customer service and the efforts to make it right. Will be back! Thank you! I was so hopeful I found a new nail spot! 😞 My first experience here was great - the second not so much. My nails ended up looking nothing like the inspo pic and I was fine with that (I hate complaining so I accepted it) but then the paint started chipping less than 24 hours later. They told me that was normal but still said they would fix them - unfortunately they look even worse. Goopy and lopsided. Super disappointing. The blue nails were my inspo pic for reference

Went in for a fill in and color change after a not so great original set at a different salon. Hana was amazing! showed her a picture of the colors I wanted and she not only did an amazing job with my nails but picked out the perfect colors. Service and product was spot on. I will be going back!

12/16/25 Update : owner reached out to me personally after I emailed the store regarding the issue .. I was called the next morning saying I could come in and get my nails fixed by one of their best technicians, her name was SHAYNEES and she did AMAZING ! Flawless and neat application, one look at the example picture and she gave me exactly what I wanted, and she was quick as well. No fault to the other technicians that tried, they honestly did try, I was told they are new so it’s understandable. The professionalism from the owner alone has made this a great experience; him personally reaching out and allowing my nails to be fixed and actually caring about the quality that leaves his store has made me officially a loyal customer and would recommend them highly … you will see the difference in the pictures posted below. Before and the after . (Last six pictures) 12/15/25 original set (first 4 pictures): looking at all the reviews with beautiful pictures and I’m was looking at my hand that wasn’t the quality that I know this place is known for! I got my nails done and was trying explain my design even showed pictures but it couldn’t be done by technician I had, it just wasn’t what it needed to be and the quality of the set application wasn’t the best , lumpy and bulky… So I reached out to the shop via email to express how I felt about the service.

Nail Salon is absolutely amazing! The staff is incredibly friendly and talented, and they always do a fantastic job. The salon is clean, relaxing, and welcoming, and you can tell they truly care about their clients. Every visit is a great experience, and my nails always turn out perfect. I highly recommend KNR Nail Salon—they are simply the best!
